Revelation is always within our small physical space. Yet for me, so hard to hear and grasp due to my lack of stillness.
I posted a list of questions in “Reframing Resolutions” the first part of January. Several of them have continued to ping around in my head. One of my resolutions/principles/desires/prayers this year, call them what you will, came from this question….
What one thing can you do this year to increase your enjoyment of God?
I decided to ask God to finely attune my ears to hear His voice. For me, that means paying attention – He really does whisper with a still small voice.
This morning, God gave me my tagline for my website. I usually have 15-30 minutes most mornings for God and coffee where I pray, journal and/or work through a Bible study. (Years of sifting has made this necessary!) I was brought back to 2 Corinthians 3:18 which has a lot to do with the name of my business, Natural Reflections.
“And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.”
